Convention Booking
Ryan accepts a limited number of large scale convention projects each year. Convention appointments are reserved for tattoos that are competition-worthy and make the most of the time available at the event.
Projects may be scheduled for one full day or multiple consecutive days, depending on the size and complexity of the piece. If your tattoo cannot be completed during the convention, you'll have the opportunity to finish it at a later date in the studio.
Competition Tattoos
Ryan's goal at conventions is to create exceptional work that is eligible for tattoo competitions. If your tattoo is entered into a competition, we ask that you:
Stay for the judging of the category your tattoo is entered in.
Return on Sunday for Best of Day judging if your tattoo advances.
Your participation is greatly appreciated and gives your tattoo the opportunity to be recognized alongside some of the best work in the country.

Because convention availability is extremely limited, not every project will be accepted. Ryan carefully selects projects that fit the available time and are well suited for convention competition.
